AI Receptionist provides a hosted website widget, dashboard, appointment booking flow, lead capture, and follow-up emails for appointment-based businesses.
The business is responsible for the facts it enters into the product, including services, prices, hours, policies, availability, and any language the assistant uses with visitors.
Subscriptions and cancellations
Paid plans are subscriptions. Prices, included features, and billing cadence are shown before checkout.
You can cancel a subscription for the future. Canceling does not automatically undo charges that were already completed before cancellation.
Acceptable use
Do not use AI Receptionist to send spam, mislead visitors, collect information you are not allowed to collect, impersonate another business, or violate laws that apply to your business.
Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website widget, dashboard, or related systems.
Website widget responsibilities
You are responsible for placing the website widget on sites you control and for making sure your visitors receive any notices your business is required to provide.
The widget should support normal appointment and lead workflows. It should not be used as an emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical service.
Limits
AI Receptionist is software and may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable at times. We work to keep it useful and reliable, but we do not promise that it will capture every lead, book every appointment, or answer every visitor question.
