What the product collects

When someone uses the website widget, AI Receptionist may collect website chats, lead details such as name and email, booking requests, selected appointment times, and follow-up email activity.

Business owners may also enter account details, office information, services, prices, hours, policies, widget settings, and billing-related information needed to run the service.

How the information is used

We use this information to answer visitors from the facts you provide, create leads and bookings, send confirmations, send follow-up emails to people who did not book, show activity in the dashboard, and keep the service working.

We do not use customer conversations to invent new business facts. The assistant is expected to answer from the office information configured by the business.

Follow-up emails and opt out

If a visitor leaves an email but does not book, AI Receptionist can send polite follow-up emails over the next several days.

Each follow-up includes an opt out link. Once someone opts out, they should not receive further automated follow-up emails for that lead.

Who can access the information

The business using AI Receptionist can see its own chats, leads, bookings, and account settings in the dashboard.

AI Receptionist may access information when needed to operate, troubleshoot, support, secure, or improve the service.
